The Long Island Bus service is only one part of the entire regional transportation network which traverses Long Island between Queens and Suffolk County. In fact, the Long Island Bus service connects to the popular Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) at 48 different rail stations, as well as also connecting to five different New York City Subway stations.

This allows visitors to use the quicker and more frequent LIRR services to reach most areas of Long Island, but then easily transfer to the LI Buses to reach those areas of Long Island which are further afield.

If you click on the LI Bus route links in the right-hand column of the table below then this will link to the individual LI Bus route information pages which give you all of the information on the locations served by that route, as well as the schedule. If you would like information on the LIRR services and schedules then click instead on the LIRR station name on the left.
